General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the citinow platform and all its associated services. "Platform" refers to citinow's website, mobile app and other digital channels. "Member" refers to any person who operates a registered account on citinow.

1.1 Effectiveness of the Terms

These terms have been prepared with Bangladeshi users in mind. By registering as a member or using the platform, a user is considered to have accepted all of these terms. If you do not agree with any term, you are requested to refrain from using the service.

1.2 Right to Make Changes

citinow reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the service after a change is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met in order to open an account and use any service on citinow.

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on citinow are for persons aged 21 or above only. Opening an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Providing incorrect age information at the time of registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Providing the correct date of birth at registration is mandatory.
• citinow may request a National ID card or other government-issued document for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be held until age verification is completed.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, device or payment method is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to exist, all accounts will be terminated and bonuses forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided by a member at the time of registration and thereafter must be completely accurate and up to date. If any information changes, it must be updated from account settings or the support team must be informed.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on citinow.

3.1 Payment Methods

citinow currently supports the following methods:

For deposits or withdrawals via bank transfer, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank may be used.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the name of that member.
• Funds deposited in a third party's name will not be accepted and may be returned.
• If funds are not processed after a deposit, contact support chat.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on citinow. Each offer's own specific terms also apply separately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,500 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,500 and a wagering target of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

4.2 Weekly and Seasonal Bonuses

Weekly citinow rewards, citinow Cricket Festival, weekend citinow Slot Bonanza and other promotional offers are available under separate terms. It is the member's responsibility to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming each bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is already active.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled.
• If citinow determines that a fraudulent attempt has been made to collect a bonus, the account may be terminated.
• A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the bonus or promotion expires.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in any game or betting activity on citinow.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All gaming and betting activities must be conducted honestly and fairly. Using any bot, automated software or artificial method to place bets or play games is strictly prohibited.

• Account access is for the account holder only — sharing login details with others is prohibited.
• If manipulation or irregularities are detected in bet placement, the bet will be cancelled.
• Exploiting network delays in live betting is prohibited.

5.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

citinow reserves the right to cancel bets and to refund or withhold funds in the following situations:

• If a bet was accepted at incorrect odds or based on incorrect information due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If there is suspicion of match-fixing in a game or event, citinow may hold payment until the investigation is complete.

5.3 VIP Program

Regularly active members may be included in citinow's VIP Program. The program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback paid at a set rate on the week's net losses. The rules for advancing to higher tiers depend on platform activity and the member's contribution.

Account Security and Privacy

citinow gives the highest importance to protecting members' personal and financial information. SSL encryption and modern security technology are used on the platform.

6.1 Protecting Login Details

• Do not share your username and password with anyone.
• Use a combination that is difficult to guess for your password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Check your recent login activity regularly.

6.2 Use of Personal Information

Details on how a member's personal information is collected, stored and used can be found in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you are also considered to have accepted that policy.

6.3 Account Verification (KYC)

citinow may request identity verification from a member at any time to maintain a safe and transparent environment. This may require submitting a photo of a National ID card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawals will be held until the verification process is completed.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Regulation

citinow believes that recreational betting and gaming should be enjoyed responsibly. The platform has several measures in place to protect members from excessive gaming.

7.1 Setting Your Own Limits

Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for themselves from account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately, but increasing them may require a waiting period.

7.2 Temporarily Closing Your Account

7.3 Protection of Minors

• Keep persons under 21 away from using the platform.
• Keep your device protected with a PIN or password so that minors cannot access the account.
• If it is proven that an account has been used by a minor, the account will be permanently closed.

Prohibited Activities and Penalties

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the citinow platform. Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activities.
• Bonus fraud — operating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Impersonating citinow or its staff.
• Spreading false information that damages the platform's reputation.

Support and Dispute Resolution

citinow's customer service team is ready to assist in Bengali and English seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

9.1 Support Channels

• Live Chat: Speak directly with a support representative from within the platform.
• Email Support: Contact us by email for detailed complaints or questions.

9.2 How to Submit a Complaint

If you have a complaint about something, first try to resolve it through live chat. If the issue is not resolved, write in detail by email. citinow takes all complaints seriously and tries to resolve them as quickly as possible.

9.3 Final Decision

In any dispute relating to betting and gaming, citinow's decision will be considered final. However, all decisions are made impartially to protect the member's interests.

Limitation of Liability and Other Provisions

10.1 Limitation of Liability

citinow is not liable for any loss caused by a technical error, server outage or third-party service. However, every effort is made to resolve such issues quickly.

10.2 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos and software on the citinow platform are citinow's intellectual property. Using, copying or distributing them without written permission is prohibited.

10.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and the relationship between citinow and the member shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion.

10.4 Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a new provision that aligns with its original purpose.
